Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 15ARH7, Keyboard Backlight and fans work but no display

    Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 15ARH7, Keyboard Backlight and fans work but no display

    in a nutshell I suspect NO POST issue and it happened after a BIOS update (triggered by Windows i think?)
    I tried hard resetting, clearing CMOS, reseating components (I don't think it is a component issue anyways)
    I read on some forums that it is possible to flash bios by putting the BIOS file in a USB Stick, plugging it in, holding Fn+R then powering up while holding Fn+R for 20 seconds, then waiting for a few minutes (Fans start running wild)
    But this doesn't seem to work or I am doing it wrong (Maybe wrong BIOS file name)

    I don't have access to a BIOS programming tool and no one in the vicinity seems to know how to do it
