    I have good news!

I went to see a technician friend of mine, and he validates the failure of the PL103 as well as the PR102 maybe, but first concentrate to PL103, with a good magnifying glass we can clearly see that it burned there was white deposit around but it had to be seen, in continuity test, the PL101 and PL102 sound and give me the correct resistance 0.00ohm since they are power inductors and it is normal that it displays this value, the PL103 on the other hand does not react to the multimeter and displays OL, a power inductor if it is found open as displayed OL on the multimeter it is because the coil inside has blown, it is indeed the fault if I find 19V at the DC-IN port, I ordered solder paste to be able to remove the PL103 and do the tests, I will give you news for this Wednesday!

I also leave you an image of the diagram and it can help some, if we find at the DCIN port a low value in V and a value between 2.5V and 3V on the PUB1 (IC) it is that it can come only from the PL101 PL102 or PL103, if the value is below 2.5V on the PUB1, it is further in the circuit (Mosfets PQB11, PQB12 and see further...)
