    HP Pavilion 15-CS3068TX (DAG7BLMB8D0 REV D) help identify component

    I just get this laptop today and found out that someone have tried to repair...but some component has been missing...i dont have schematic nor boardview...19v is normal on current sensor resistor

      Perhaps you can trace it and use a reference schematic from the datasheet of the charger IC.

      Which charger IC is onboard? Share the topside markings.

        It's most likely a capacitor between B+ and GND, possibly with same specs as the "neighbour". However a missing cap there would not prevent the board from turning on. Its purpuse is just to flatten the voltage. So it would be helpful when you finally share what's really going on with the device, with full history and all important observations stated.

        To rely on the cap only is for sure not the right approach here.
