Hello, i have a DELL 5411. It will not POST. The USB-C negotiates 20V an then falls back to 5 V after a couple of seconds. No shortcuts at the coils. The cpu vcore is measuring 1.8 OHMs. Suspicous? Any hints on how to proceed? Thanks
