    dell inspiron 14 7445 2-in-1 [ Amd Ryzen 7 8840hs Cpu MT90K] power cycling

    hey so i have this dell inspiron 14 7445 2-in-1 [ Amd Ryzen 7 8840hs Cpu MT90K] mobo

    MOBO P/N: 4910US10A002

    replaced both pd controllers as they were both bad and so now she's boot looping,

    all voltages are present although they dip about 30mv each after about 5 seconds and it cycles (my amp meter doesn't turn off, stays at 20v), please see image attached for how much the board is taking; fluctuates from low of 270-400ma at 20v.

    seems like everything turns on (gets warm) then turns off, indicator light is turns on, turns off after it wants to cycle so i assume it's attempting to turn on but i'm not sure of the logic behind pgood for this board
