Hello guys!
I have a strange issue with my laptop keyboard and I'm lost trying to detect what's wrong - the KB9028Q-C or the keyboard itself.
It powers on OK and has no other issues except the following:
but when I press and hold the 't' or '5' button longer, it produces 't5555555555'.
Similarly, pressing and holding 'y' or '6' produces 'y6666666'.
This changes the pattern because 't5' (or 'y6') is not repeated as a pair.
I press and hold the keys gently with consistent force, so I doubt it's a mechanical issue
The numeric keypad is also problematic: pressing '5' correctly produces '5', but pressing '6' produces '-6'.
Meanwhile, the laptop functions properly with an external USB keyboard.
The laptop is almost unused - no liquids or mechanical stress applied.
It was packed in its bag, and no one touched it. I only noticed this issue when I wanted to use the laptop one time.
After initial (cold) startup, the on-screen keyboard starts slowly.
When it starts, the CAPS LOCK image shows as pressed (blue color) and the button is not operable.
After I connect a USB keyboard and press CAPS LOCK there, it becomes black (unpressed), but pressing the laptop's CAPS LOCK still has no effect. The external keyboard CAPS LOCK works normally and switches properly.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue and can tell me if it's a keyboard problem or a KB9028Q problem?
Thanks in advance!

I have a strange issue with my laptop keyboard and I'm lost trying to detect what's wrong - the KB9028Q-C or the keyboard itself.
It powers on OK and has no other issues except the following:
- CAPS LOCK does not work at all
- Fn button toggles Flight Mode
- When I press 't' or '5', it produces 't5', and when I press 'y' or '6', it produces 'y6'
- (with SHIFT pressed: 't%' and 'y^' respectively)
but when I press and hold the 't' or '5' button longer, it produces 't5555555555'.
Similarly, pressing and holding 'y' or '6' produces 'y6666666'.
This changes the pattern because 't5' (or 'y6') is not repeated as a pair.
