Asus UX31E rev 3.0 dead

Hello everyone, im new to board repairs and have this Asus UX31E and its just dead, with the Dc jack plugged in no lights, power button does nothing.
Ive followed the power sequence in the diagram and at n.6 PM_RSMRST# theres no voltage and now im not sure what to do, if anyone got time to help it'll be much appreciated

PL8005 17.9ohm 0v
PL8100 6.7 kohm 3.41v
PL8101 5.5 kohm 5.12v
PL8200 26.5 ohm 0v
PL8301 10ohm 0v
PL8400 426 ohm 0v
PL8700 65ohm 0v
PL8800 1.7 Mohm 1.09v

RSMRST# will likely come up after power button press. Look for PowerGood signals.
