    Lenovo ideapad 100-15 NM-A681 disable dGPU

    Hi.

    I have a Lenovo ideapad 100-15 with probably bad dGPU.
    I tried to disable it by desoldering inductors going to dGPU.

    I desoldered 2 inductors (PL705 and L706) going to +VGA_CORE
    And 1 inductor (PL701) going to 1_05VS_LX.

    Is there anything else I need to desolder?

    If the PL701 is in place, I get fan spin at start, but nothing on the screen, no POST.
    If PL701 is desoldered, there is no fan spin, but LCD gets powered on (without backlight), but no POST.

      Remove RC100 and stuff RC107(10K) to make it UMA.

      Put everything you removed back in place.
