    help ic identify...hp elitebook 850 g8

    ic burn...please help identify...this laptop can on but only without cmos and battery....and another problem is when laptop on, i can hold power button to turn off the laptop but when press power button again it wont turn on...need to disconnect charger and plugged in again to turn it on

      The symptom described are likely to be RTC circuit issue.Check whether you have 3V on power button or not.
