I got the laptop with the issue, that it turns on and Caps lock blinks 5 long and 3 short. I had no VCORE on CPU and the Resistance of the PCH was too low (below 10 Ohm). So i ordered one from aliexpress and installed it (40 Ohm now).
Laptop turns on, it has VCORE but i don't get anything on screen (internal or HDMI). I found out, that the GPU doesn't read the BIOS (oscilloscope). After that i checked the PEGX_RST# and saw that it's not pulled low when i turn it on, just constant 1.8V.
CPU_PLTRST is also not pulled low, constant 1.0V when turned on.
I tried the original BIOS from this laptop, also flashed a new one from HP. I didn't flash the other Chips (except VBIOS) on the motherboard.
Maybe dead PCH / CPU or another issue?
