Doubt with RTC ASUS LAPTOP X413JA not working.

HELLO, I have a question regarding this laptop model, it is an Asus x413ja. Pcb x421j r2.1. This laptop is being given to me because it does not turn on. Only when connecting the ADP does it consume 9mA. Something normal 3.3v and 5v present. also 1.8v. It does not react to the power button. And the issue is right in the RTC circuit, there is no movement. But the funny thing is if I place the probe of my multimeter at either end of the RTC crystal, the computer turns on normally. Faulty CPU? Be careful, I am only testing the motherboard with the battery disconnected. What do you recommend?

Try replacing the crystal+ caps connected to it. Look for corrossion.

Hello sir, thank you for responding. Yes, the crystal has been replaced. The RTC tracks are flawless. Just by touching that newly activated track, the measured intermediate resistance is 10 Mohms. Everything is correct. Regarding the rust you mention, I discovered the ferrite coil in the ADP circuit is oxidized. I'll replace it and see if the condition changes.
