I received a device that requires BIOS maintenance. The problem with the device is: when powering on the laptop, sometimes it works normally, and sometimes it shows "no data",
and sometimes it displays 3 orange blinks and 6 white blinks.

I have tried many BIOS versions.
I performed a ME Region clean,
but the issue was not resolved.

The problem appears more frequently when using the battery without the charger.

Try to run it without a battery. I had a lot of issues with my 7560 because of the faulty battery.

The issue was observed when the battery was not present, though such occurrences are infrequent and I tested another battery that works on a different device, but the same issue persisted

Did you check the device manager for any issues and run an online PC diagnostic?
It could be a stupid thing like broken pins on the card reader ribbon cable?
