    Dell G15 5511 LA-K452P won't turn on

Hello, any help will be apprecited!
    • Model: Dell G15 5511
    • MB: LA-K452P
    • Issue: Won't turn on at all, no leds, no keyboard light, no fan spin, nothing happens when pressing power button. NOTHING.
    • Customer reported it was turned off and left plugged in during the night and thats it...
    • No signs of liquid damage or burned components.
    Link to Schematics -> https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...la-k452p-gdp50

    I have checked so far:

    -Voltage Coils
Measured all coils in diode mode and all off them seem ok (per reference from several other boards).

    -Voltages S4/S5 (Schematics P3).
    • +RTC_CELL: 3V
    • +5VALW: 5V
    • +3VALW: 3.3V
    • +3VALW_PCH: 3.3V
    • +3VALW_DSW: 3.3V
    • +1.8V_PRIM: 1.79V
    • +1.05VO_OUT_FET: 1.04V

    Power Sequence: (Schematics P5)
    • +3VL_RTC: Present
    • PCH_RTCRST#: Present
    • +19VB: Present
    • +3VLP/5VLP: Present
    • EC_ON: NOT found. No present on MEC or with a different name?
    • +5VALW/+3VALW/+3VALw_DSW: All present
    • PM_BATLOW#: Present
    • +1.8VALW: Present
    • +1.05VALW: Present
    • +1.05V_PCH_PRIM: Present
    • +SUSACK#: Present
    • +On/OFF: Working ok (tested on button and on MEC).
    • +PBTN_OUT#: NOT PRESENT (Neve appeards, checked with oscilloscope)
    Additional:
    • AC_Present: Present
    • 32K Oscillator: Working
    • 38M Oscillator: Not on (If I am not wrong this turns on when power on).
    • Tried 2 Bios and same (I do see data transfer when pluggin the charger).
    • Tested with 2 know good 240W adapter.

I am suspecting this is a MEC1515-NB issue, but please let me know what you think. Any advice on will be appreaciated!
    (I know those MEC1515 are a pain...)

    Gracias!!

Since 5VALW/3VALW is presemt,EC_ON has to be there-so not an issue.

    What about ECRST# and RSMRST#?
