Hp 640 G2 no power without adapter

Hi everyone,

i'm having a problem with my HP 640 g2. It turn on normally with the adapter , but when I remove it and turn off the laptop and try to turn it on, it won't turn on and gives an error code (1 amber blink, then 4 orange and white blinks). For it to work with the battery I have to remove the CMOS battery.

Any solution for this problem please ?

Mention motherboard markings and link schematic, if available.

It could be bios isse and/or RTC issue.
