I have an IdeaPad Gaming 3 (MB: LA-171P), and the Super I/O has short-circuited, preventing the laptop from turning on. How can I replace this component? I can't find it for purchase. Do I need a specific model?

Is the board name correct? Maybe LA-L171P? This diagram is on the Internet. Then multi I\O ENE KB9542B. The revision must match and it must be flashed. The firmware must be cut from the BIOS.
