HP ENVY x360 13-bd0003nx Convertable

Hii Brother I have HP ENVY x360 13-bd0003nx Convertable motherboard functioning but No back light and picture in LED

INVPWR_B+ = 13 V
+LCDVDD = 3.34V
INVTPWM = 0V

Please any one know the issue
i will attach my findings and schematic

You have two options, rule out panel and cable as a potential issue or pullup backlight PWM to a late 3.3V rail. Disadvantages will be that backlght brightness can not be controlled anymore.

Basic checks like, resistance to GND should be done in any case before
