Hi...Need to know if my BIOS is corrupt or some other issue with dell 3542...There is No light on board,screen no fans..only usb has light when a mouse is attached..is this a BIOS issue..kindly let me know

Laptop was not at all shoowing any sign of life..i took out CMOS battery and reinserted..now Fans spin for few seconds and then stop after that laptop beeps continuously..Added a video of it

there are 4 beeps as you can hear in the video....if a Bios chip is corrupt will the laptop still charge the battery???

Ammeter order recieved where to start ....which pin of BIOS chip should i check to confirm bios failure
