Lenovo IdeaPad Y510p not powering up

Hi,

I'm kindly asking for help with subject. I've read other related threads with Y510p but none helped so I can not move on.

This ntb after pressing pwr button only lights up pwr led. I've measured all kind of signals and rails and here they are

B+ - 10,5V
+VSB - 19,35V
+3VALW and +3VALWP 3,27V
+5VALW and +5VALWP 4,95V

+3VALW_R = 3.25V
+3VALW_EC = 3.25V
EC_ON - 3.2V
EC_RSMRST# - 3,2V

PCH_RCTRST# - 2.8V

BATLOW# - connected to +3VALW via RH246

SUSP#_PWR - n/a

I presume promblem could be in PCH as no PCH_PWR_EN# and SLP_Sx signal on, and also SUSP is controling +3VS and +5VS which are no present

Have anyone some advice what I should check to determine what is damaged?
