Hi people,

I have this laptop, it is working an posting but there is no display on the screen.
external screen works
inspecting voltages on lcd connector: main power rail present, 3D3V_LCDVDD_S0 present, LCD_SELF_TEST_ON_EC not present, SENSOR_LID_OPEN_N
and LID_CLOSE_N both have 3v

different lcd same issue

Can you help me debug it ?

Check voltage on 19V_DCBATOUT_LCD/BL_EN/_LCD_BRIGHTNESS. Check with a flash light whether its a dimm display issue or no display issue on internal screen.

BL_EN 0v
_LCD_BRIGHTNESS 0v

as i can see BLON_OUT is not cmming out of pin 27 of EC

with flashlight no display that i can see

how do you suggest to continue?
