Lenovo Ideapad Gaming - Board NM-C87(1) - Discrete to UMA?

    Hi everyone.
I have here a Lenovo laptop, model Ideapad Gaming. It works, but dedicated Nvidia GTX 1650 is not detected. Also, the computer turns on with fan on full speed and I receive errors when trying to install Windows.
On troubleshooting, the conclusion was the GPU was gone.
Is there any way I can completely disable the dedicated GPU and use only the Intel one? Maybe on doing that the other issues will go away, too. Fingers crossed.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanx.

Well, an update on this one.
As I said, GPU was not showing on BIOS. It had an "invalid" message on it. The coil besides the fan (between a drmos and a bunch os caps) had only 0.9 ohms. I lifted the coil and the 0.9 ohms are on the caps side. Suggesting the short is on the VRAM or GPU. Injecting voltage did not heat anything.
That's why going from discrete to UMA was the option.
So I removed that drmos and the coil, hoping for the system to "not see" the GPU and, if the other errors were caused by it, play nice and let me install Windows. No luck. I keep getting random 0xC errors or blue screens on the OS install.
But with those components removed the GTX 1650 now shows up on BIOS.
I don't know what to think. Or to try.

      Well, an update on this.
I bought another drmos, even with the obviously short on the GPU side, cause I wanted to see if the board would behavior diferently than with a failed mosfet on.
      It doesn't.
With the mosfet (old or new):
Laptop takes time to post, fans go full speed, GPU shows as "invalid" on BIOS and does not show up on Windows Device Manager.
      Without the mosfet:
No delays while turning up, no full speed fans, GTX 1650 does show up on BIOS and Device Manager, but with a error 43 message.

Also, I noticed two things, that may be related to the lack of dedicated working graphics.
Windows recognizes audio devices (Realtek and Nvidia), but it does not work. Both speakers keep on popping. I believe the system "sees" both devices but, as it can't use the Nvidia one, it bugs out somehow.
When I turn the computer off, the fans keep on. Windows is fully off, laptop turns lights off, charging or power on light goes off, but fans remain. They do turn off if I press and hold power button. Maybe another issue related to having a GPU on it and not being able to activate it.

Would be wonderful to solve both these issues and have it working as a regular laptop, with only integrated graphics.
