Thinkpad L14 Gen 4 (Intel) LG4 LT5 Wistron

Hello,
I need help identifying an IC. I am looking to replace it so it would be awesome if I could find it on a different Lenovo motherboard.
This chip most probably is a 5V DC to DC converter but I am just guessing due to what it powers on the motherboard.
If anyone has got a clue please comment below.
Also please note, there are boardview and schematics online available however they are for the AMD version which doesnt share this IC, the overall architecture is vastly different (I checked )

Edit: Since the photos aren't as clear as I'd wish, the writing on the top says "RV=9F and then below E0T"

Anything with an = is most likely a richtek chip. See the marking codes threads https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...and-datasheets
