I have a think book 13 s board 19869-2.
Device draws 20v and 0.00 amps on amp meter, my thought that it could be shorted but i cant see anything get hot ether with my fingers or IR.
Im fairly new to problem solving on laptops so i was wondering if i can get a point in the right direction.
