    Lenovo IdeaPad L340-15IRH - NM-C361 turns on and stays on but no CPU Vcore

    I've been working on this laptop for a weeks it was in another shop the owner was cleaning thermal compound with Akai Dry Spray it's a Video Cleaner and the laptop didn't turn on after and it's been in the other shop for 2 weeks when I got the laptop it had ripped pads for PU702 (SY8286RAC) and the IC was missing from the laptop it's responsible for VCCIO line I've repaired the pads and put in a new IC and and the laptop is turning on fan spins for a second then nothing happens laptop stays on but without Voltage on CPU Vcore

    I've tried to flash bios too that didn't change anything
    I am not sure how to proceed from here any advice is appreciated thanks in advance

    I've replaced PU2901 (MP2949A) responsible for CPU Vcore with an equivalent IC MP2979A and still the same issue getting the enable signal but no CPU Vcore
