Need assistance on this computer. I've tried everything and not sure what to do. Please help

So,,is it just not booting ? If you don´t need files on it, just boot from a usb key or dvdrom, and reinstall Windows.

If you need files from it, the easiest way is to get the disk out of it and use a usb case to transfer files to another computer.
