please help thinkpad x390 nm-b891 rev 2.0 no display usb type C meter 0.5amp, I have changed and flashed the bios the results are still the same thank you

All the measurements looks perfectly fine. Even DRAMRST# is present.
Since you've flashed bios as well,honestly dont have any idea except checking the pulses on all coils with DSO if that may give a clue.

What is the voltage showing on the Type C meter? Is it 20v?

Which bios image was used? Have a version 1.0 bios in my database that can be posted for you to test if you wish. Same logic board number.
