Que tal amigo, lograste dar solucion, creo tener el mismo problema, en mi caso la laptop tiene un consumo de 15ma, pero no obtengo 1.8valw, tampoco el EN en el pin 35 del ic LV5116A. Rastrie el EN del pin 35 hasta el KBC, pero el KBC no lo genera los 3.3 en el pin 90, en EC_ON_1.8.

Hello. @ 15 mA current - the laptop is not on. This is barely enough current to enable 2 x LEDs.

Check the power path of the charger IC. Carefully measure the voltage to ground on each of the 2 x DCin mosfets.

Measure the voltage to ground of PQ100 and also PQ101 - check source / drain / gate for each mosfet. Post your measurements.
