Charging does not work. On the power supply, it works normally. It detects the battery shows the battery status, so the KBC is ok. Voltages are correct. I need a motherboard diagram, power supply BQ24780S. Can anyone help?

Review the sticky above by piernov on charger circuits.

Is the battery a known good battery? If available, test with another battery.

Check the DCin mosfets that will be driven by this charger IC through ACDRV pin.

You can test the DCin mosfets using a multimeter in RESISTANCE mode with no power to the board / no battery. Measure the resistance across the mosfets - see the many threads on this forum with the full details.

Post the resistance measurements for the DCin mosfets. Often, the 2nd DCin mosfet is defective that will raise this issue.
