    Dell Latitude E7470 no start

Hell guys, I need some help with this Dell E7470 laptop.
The complaint is "does not wurk".

    Mainboard AAZ60 LA-C461P

    Does not boot
    capslock led always on
    No fan movement

When pushing the power button, the led in the powerbutton goes on, stays on for 17 seconds then goes off again. Is repeatable.

    ALL ALW voltages are present.

Made some nice paint artwork about voltages and resistance, added to this post. Also the schematic.

Check the voltage to ground on coil PL4. This is the filter coil for the PSID signal. If the PSID signal line is broken, the logic board cannot gauge the power of the adapter so powers down.

    What is the voltage?

      Hello,

Voltage to ground on PL4 = 3.4 volt.

      Greetings Frans

          Hello,

No, not tested with a known good bios. You think that is the problem ?

Bios issue very very unlikely as you dont even have ram voltage.
