What is the history? Any liquid damage? Just stopped working?

Remove all power. No adapter / No battery. Locate PU8901 = charger IC. Meter in resistance mode.

Measure the resistance to ground of pin # 1 on the charger IC. One meter probe on pin # 1; other probe to ground (metal shield is ok).

Post the meter measurement in ohms.

Please confirm that the resistance is 600 ohms. If yes, this is considered to be low. Be sure it is not 600 kohms = 600,000 ohms.

Still with no power, meter in resistance mode, measure the resistance from this same test point on the charger IC and use the other meter lead to any inductor on the board (will be usually grey in color and with 2 leads). You can use the boardview file and search for any part with a 'L' prefix = name for coils on the board. You are after the large beefy inductors. Each such inductor is linked to a local power rail that will accept the ~19 volts from the power adapter and lower it to a lower value = 'buck regulator' design. Confirming if there is a possible leaky high side mosfet on the board.

Power button is on the keyboard? If so, disconnect the keyboard and try shorting the power button pin on the keyboard connector.
To me it appears to be a faulty keyboard-quite common issue.
