Please Need help with HP ENVY x360 m (15m-cn0011dx) power goes off when any memory is insected

Please I have got these HP Envy x360m (15m-cn0011dx) convertible a client brought,

if the memory is removed and power button is pressed the laptop turns on without going off,but when any memory is inspected and power button is pressed the laptop turns on and goes of within seconds

The laptop tries to go to S0 mode when you insert ram stick and shuts down due to error/short in S0 rail. When you dont insert ram stick,you are preventing the laptop from going to higher state and thus no error.
So your problem lies in any of the rails after S4 stage. One probable culprit could be SIO.
