hello everyone
I have a board that does not turn on and I found this integrated damaged but I cannot find the part number, I looked for a schematic but there is none. What I could see with the microscope is that it has these letters "THDN BCD" but I couldn't find any information, I'm sorry for the quality of the photo but my cell phone can't handle it anymore. thanks

Review the solder joints you can see on each side of this part. Then create a clean drawing of this part and post that drawing here. Do place solder locations on the Picasso.

This part does not appear to be a semiconductor to me.

No luck, the rails don't seem to have any problems but the IC is charred.

Ok - my bad. This is indeed a semiconductor and is in a WLCSP (wafer scale) package with 9 balls. Share a large pic of this area to review perhaps the function of this controller to compare against other similar designs.
