I have this equipment that leaked moisture from the bottom, which the PQ3201 damaged the track and does not turn on the machine. remove all two mosfets from that area such as PQ3201(high) AND PQ3202(low). these feed the VCCSA rail. but on this track it has a very low resistance, approaching my absolute zero of my tester to ground (1.3ohm). Could the CPU be bad? I have made this measurement by desoldering the PL3201 coil, taking that measurement on the CPU side.
On the other hand, on the mosfet side, the PU3201 controller, which is the pwm controller, appears to have a damage since it shorted out some new mosfets that I soldered when powering up the board.
other measurements on GPU.
NVVDD= 1.6ohm
FBVDDQ= 32.1ohm
my absolute zero from my tester to GND is about 1.3 ohm, I measure the VCC CORE part and it has a 1.5ohm resistance. laptop is a gamer and I know that its resistance tends to be low, but I want to know if it is a wrong measurement or is the CPU in the trash?
