I had the same problem. I have the AMD version with the two USB C Port on the left-hand Side towards the rear. The rear most port Broke, If I recall, that's the main charging port, but I find that the other USB-C port charges just as well.
I'm sure you've already tried this though, but have you tried another charger and Or USB-C cord?
Are you electrically competent? Do you know how to use a multimeter effectively, Are you capable of soldering SMD components? Do you even know what SMD components are? Would you know the difference between a SMD ceramic capacitor or resistor? Not trying to be a smart ass just trying to gauge what level you are at So I can help more effectively. I'm pretty damn good at electrical stuff like this and I have the same laptop so I might be able to help you.
