Hello I need help I have been on couple of Hp elitebook x360 1030 G3/G4 and 1040 G6 with mouse not working problem I have changed mousepad, install drivers, flash bios same issue but later noticed if the num lock light is on while the laptop is off the mouse pad won't work. Please has anyone encounter the issue before and how did you fix it thanks in advance
