Hello. Tell me the ratings of resistors 1 and 2

Are these resistors missing from the board? The physical size of the parts appear to be SMD 0402 size. They are not power resistors and respectively their power rating is not critical here. Probably 1/16th watt or similar. Their resistance is not known at this time. You will have to share the topside markings of the large black IC that is nearby (thin flat body).

There is a suspicion that they were demolished when the bios was flashed. Perhaps one of the participants has such a repair fee. Please measure the resistance in 1 and 2. Maybe there shouldn't be resistors?

I do not have access to this board nor support boardview files / schematics. Suggest for you to use diode mode on your meter and place one probe on the resistor pad; other meter probe on the flash IC. Test each IC pin. If you hear a tone, then note the pin # of the IC.

If these missing resistors are linked to the flash IC then they are series resistors @ 33R (33 ohms; 0402 SMD size) used for stopping ringing.

I installed resistors of 33 ohms, it started to turn on and turns off after 1 minute. My photo may not have enough elements. Maybe someone has the same board in repair to compare the photo or measure resistors 1 and 2.
