Elitebook x360 1030 G2 laptop goes off when about to boot to windows

A customer brought to Elitebook x360 1030 G2 the issue is when the machine is about to boot to windows it goes off. i have flash both the bios and EC but still same and i need help please

Boot the system in Windows Safe Mode and test if the operating system is able to reach the desktop. In safe mode, only the basic Windows supplied device drivers are loaded.

Boot into the bios. Let it sit there for 25-30 minutes. Does it still turn off?

I think the OP means it turns off just when its about to POST.Please confirm.

sir please when set to bios it does not go off. but when it set to boot it goes off
