Acer Nitro 5, LA-J871P no VCC_GT, no Picture

Hello
Little History - Main +19v rail was short to ground, Troubleshooted and found one of the VCC_Core dual mosfet was short. replaced with good one.
Now the laptop turns on and stuck in blank non-lit screen.
Battery charging good and all the required voltage rails are good but VCC_GT is missing.
Now my question is blank screen and VCC_GT missing is because of maybe shorted CPU or should I troubleshoot more around VCC_GT area to enable VCC_GT.

VCC Core dual mosfet was shorted-so 19V reached CPU. game over unless you want to replace the cpu.
