Gigabyte B450 I AORUS PRO WIFI - PAU3 gets hot

Hi All,

I'm new here and hoping you have some insight. I bought one of these boards, and it doesn't post. No fans spin, nothing. I did notice thought that the PAU3 chip gets really hot when plugged in. Any ideas?
