Corroded 820-01654-a (M1 air battery board)

    Hello,

I am trying to diagnose a Macbook air m1 battery board that looks like it has liquid damage.
However, I cannot correctly get resistance readings because the board is always powered by the battery.
The battery icon had an X icon and was not recognized by the laptop. After removing corroded capacitors, the laptop cannot even boot with the battery plugged into the logic board.

Do you guys have an idea of what I could do?

Meter in voltage mode. Measure the voltage to ground of each pin on the battery connector. Post each measurement. The communication between the battery and the logic board occurs over the smbus interface. Need to confirm the smbus lines are not shorted due to an esd event or similar fault.

They all show inconsistent values ranging from 10 mV to 50 mV. Pressing down on the board changes the values (There is a missing screw)
