Help needed to identify burnt SMD diode on Toshiba Libretto 110CT

Hello.

I got a non working Toshiba Libretto 110CT. It powers up but nothing on screen, no post, no beeps... Same on AC adapter as well on battery.

There is a visibly burnt SMD diode on mainboard (D403). SMD diode has marking "62Z" (see pics). Pictures are from other working mainboard.

What kind of diode is that? What to put in it's place as a replacement?

Is it maybe double zener diode?
