Hello, i just got this laptop, when you turn it on it ask for a phoenix override key on the startup, its like a bios password. Is there any solution to it? will it go when i flash the bios?

Hello, i gave the laptop back to the customer, he came back the next day and removed the password, he said he was pressing some of the function keys then it went away. but he cant tell me what he pressed. Any ideas?Comment

there is no hashcode. i figured it out, when you remove the power hold any of the keys and plug the power back and power it on, then it will disappear. but only for some time, once in a while it comes back. the only way to remove it is over the website when you registered your laptop. its some kind of anti theft protection.Comment
