    samsung SENS R19 hangup on post.

    hi guys i need your advice. i've been isolating the issue of my samsung R19 its goes hangup during post and sometimes it doesn't booting up.

    i just noticed when i checking the board it was repair by other tech before.

    i found this oxicap 337e with broken leg. i just replaced it with tantalum caps 330uf and its works for a day then it goes back to the same problem again. hope anyone can help!
