Tablet P/N Tab 970.

I am presently in possession of a Tablet modle # P/N Tab 970 which belongs
to a friend.This tablet is stuck on the Android introductory screen,and it is a
Chinese made tablet.Can anyone offer help with this problem?

you should do hard reset your tablet


Start with the tablet fully powered off (not just in standby). To force the tablet to a fully off state, hold the power button pressed for until it powers down. This can take 10 to 20 seconds. then

Hold the volume up button pressed (some devices may use the volume down button), and then press and hold the power button, Until a small menu appears. Release the power button and then the volume button.

Use the volume up/down buttons to select the required menu entry, Select wipe data / factory reset with the volume keys and tap the Power button to activate it.

I have tried this and it has not worked.To power off the tablet I have to use the reset button at the back because the power button does not power it off.

i face the same problem before some week after reset tablet work properly

i think it will work try once more properly. Hold the volume up button pressed (or try power+ up volume and volume down button), and then press and hold the power button and pushing the volume up and down buttons , Until a small menu appears. Release the power button .

if not work then you should install Rom as say sir Spidey
