Advent Roma 1000 resetting

Hi I have an Advent Roma 1000 that keeps resetting, all voltages seem to be ok but the laptop keeps resetting after a minute or so even without Ram HDD Wireless. Basically I have just the mobo out without anything on it. Theres no video. I checked the thermal ic and after a few seconds pin6 (Alert) 2v appear even without Cpu also tried a different 2 different cpus.

Any Ideas what can cause this ?
