sony vaio would not turn on

last night this book came to me. It is a sony vaio and tow models are mentioned ,one one down corner of screen is VPCCW26FG and the other at the back of laptop is PCG-61411W.it has core i5 cpu and ddr3 ram with nvida graphics.the problem is when i plug in some time it truns on automatically and some time i must press the assist button because by pressing power button it can not turns on .after turns on when display comes then after 2 seconds it turns off automatically.i have been try by unplug all extras like hdd wifi card keyboard means i try only with mobo and screen but result is same. it is a new laptop and i can not see any repair sings on mobo all is new.Now i dont know where is the problem . need instant help

cold soldering connection around power ic. especially PWRBTN# pin and components connected to it.
