acer aspire 3683 adapter blinking

i got i mainboard acer aspire 3683. The problem is adapter charger is blinking and current down to 2.0 only. Not enough to up my laptop 19v. Im check the ceramic capacitor is got very hot. What i need to replace. See the picture i attach. in circle got too hot

just remove it and try without it

well done. thanks a lot lord. remove capacitor at pc52 then the current back to normal 19v . remove then take a part from another board. seem like ok.
