Try without battery. If that doesn't do it, it's propably dead powerjack that needs to be replaced. This means, you gotta open your laptop up.

But are they moving FROM the jack to the motherboard correctly? Bad solders on the jacks are common in laptops. Solder or pad breaks a bit and all kinds of funky shit happens.Comment
