Acer aspire 7520g video problem

I got laptop with motherboard defect, no boot just power fan and lights, no picture on screen an external display.

After reball nvidia motherboard chipset laptop work only on external displax, so I do reball nvidia mxm II graphic card, now just work ccfl lamp but no picture, on external display work OK.

Is possible RAM on graphic card defect or loose contact or is nvidia chip gone ?
