hello ACER EXTENSA 4630 nopower

i have one acer 4630 and dont want be switch on so no light and nothing checked in motherboard and exist 19 volt near jack what other is to check someone can help me pls ,i am new in this forum and look me great

fusibile are ok but near procesor dont see 19v so what can be if someone can help
