Compaq Mini CQ10 No video

I have a Mini C10 the wireless LED and Power LED are on but no video I have tried changing the ram still nothing . The Fan is also running as I took off the heatsink for to have a look and the fan started spinning right away.

Is there a know BIOS issue with this model.
Any help appreciated.

did you feel after you turn the PC on your keyboard to press fn + brightness, or to connect to an external monitor?

Yes theres n video output at all.I tried updating the bios using the recovery method but still no joy.
